Wheeling is a proven method that does work. I used to wheel but stopped doing it. My gripe with wheeling is you need a big budget to play. Not everyone have a big budget to wheel.But if you good in spot picking with a small tight wheel you will be in the money but that require above average skill

The last win was the 227 combo in the 1/6 NY evening drawing so drawing #1 became the 1/7 CT evening drawing. This is why I say, I may not update in time so keep playing the state drawings that have not won yet . and, it's your responsibility to keep up with the state drawings that have won . No 479 is on the list of combos to play. This is basically playing the same combos in the forecast until they win. If there are too many combos to play then it's up to you to choose a few combos within your budget. Once the forecast wins one time then stop playing and wait until the next forecast. We have 25 drawings to win. So that means having a budget big enough to play up to 25 drawings. What I do practice winning within 25 drawings but I budget to play up to 125 drawings. Everyo

The first forecast is the last active level 3 forecast left. This is a perfect time to do a live example of how the game plan works. Game plan : I'll use the Level 3 Martingale Betting system chart and budget to play up to 36 drawings total.
