additional revenue for the State does not necessarily mean additional winnings for the players - so am ok with giving less to the States I prefer going to the store to buy my tickets as opposed to doing it online, just like online shopping the temptation to go beyond ones budget is real.

It really is luck. Some people spend thousands and don't even win $4. Not sure I would spend $200 in a single draw. That's my lottery budget for 2 months I am happy for them it paid off.
