Roulette is my favorite game at the local casino. I only play the outside/even money bets with my system. It never fails that the pit boss and croupiers try very hard to break my winning streaks.1. Changing croupiers every 15 minutes.2. Each croupier bounces the ball out of the wheel at least twice.3. Greetings BBH, You have posed an interesting circumstance worth exploriing being conversant with the game of roulette I humbly hope I can make a candid contribution to this otherwise lonely thread LOL If the true odds and payoffs are as you suggested, the house edge for the lottery is stupendous ranging from about 10% to 67%. Not even the worse slot machines have a house edge more than about 40%, so an argument could even be made that you are probably better off playing the slots than play

If your 14-21 and only down 225 you must be changing up your bets - not betting equally on every game. Are you using a betting system or just going by your gut. Good question weshar- Sometimes they do, it all depends on how each casino calculates the cost to return ratio for each square foot of the property floor space $$$. As gaming returns are shrinking, very often that space get allocated to non gaming activities such as food, entertainment hospitality offerings.
