Poll: You lost your lottery ticket but have a photo copy
I'm not sure to be honest, maybe a photocopy would help in the event of a syndicate/pool dispute if you've signed it with the ticket holder?

PA Lottery Proposed Play at Pump Will Accept Credit Cards
This just sounds like a complicated mess ... I wouldn't be interested. With the problems that I have had at self-serve lottery terminals ... maybe buying $10 in tickets would end up $100 on my credit card. I would never put a purchase on a debit card ... you can't dispute that like you can with a credit card purchase ... but disputing a charge on a credit card could also be a tough go, I would think. By the way, you are saying people can currently use a credit card to buy lottery tickets i ...

[UPDATE] D.C. woman who tried to redeem faulty ticket admitted to forging second 'winner'
The sad part about this is that she actually showed her ugly face to the public, knowing fully well that she is a total fraud. Goodluck to the next person who has a disputed legitimate claim with the lottery gods. They now have a poster boy{girl}, to throw in your face. What a dumbass.

I didn't dispute the 160,000+ figure. What I don't believe is that all those are real members. I suspect that those are just accounts. If you look carefully at their profiles, most of them last logged in June 21, 2011. Unless something very special happened on that day that made them all log in and out, I'd say they're not members but accounts.

Court rules grandmother, 90, will receive $1.85 instead of $41M jackpot
Basically an error happened, it was brought to the casinos attention and they addressed it . Wonder if you ever disputed a utility bill due to its gross exaggeration? Its a software glitch. Same principle.

Alabama woman wins Powerball in Florida
I just hope she wasn't also buying tickets for her friends, neighbors and co-workers on this trip across the boarder. While if there was a depute about her sharing, Alabama wouldn't get involved since its courts don't do lottery disputes she might lose a few friends. I remember a case on 60 minutes a few years ago where a women working in a restaurant was given a winning ticket as a tip and her co-worker thought she should have shared it.

Texas couple both dead after argument over $500 lottery ticket win
I do not dispute that 90 million Americans age 16 or over are neither working nor actively looking for work. There are 43 million Americans over the age of 64, 74.2 million under the age of 18, and as of 2014 the U.S. population was 318.9 million.

3 Years Later and over $60 Thousand Down...
I find it hard to understand your thinking. The wheel is an absolute get three right twice and you win a jackpot can not be disputed. Getting 3's is the problem not the wheel itself. If winning jackpots that way was absolute someone smarter than me would be winning them regularly. My thinking is based on computer simulations I've ran. I'm not a programmer but I'm fairly sure losing isn't a problem that can be fixed by one.
