When is the right time to hang your lottery boots?
I have read posts about people who have been playing the lottery for 20, 30, 40 years or even more. Some say, I don't play as much as I used too, etc. I know the lottery is supposed to be some form of entertainment. However, have you ever felt like, well, maybe it's time I hanged my lottery boots and accept that I will never win a jackpot? Have you ever had such thoughts cross your mind?

Interesting, are you suggesting Big Trouble In Little China isn't based on actual events? Would seem education by entertainment is misdirection. Who doesn't know playing the lottery is a suckers bet? Everything Roger said is true, but I play anyway. Do I hope to win big? Absolutely! Do I expect to win? Nope. Oooooweeee I don't think people understand what it takes to be consistent. Most people are going to give up before they even reach winning 25 forecasts in a row. It's obviously not impossible. Viceroy2, Good guestions. I assume any state lottery in an anonymous state would still have to verify the identity of the winner. So there is no urgent need to try a trust, llc as with a non anonymous state. But I personally would still ask for the money to be transferred into your trust or llc to create an extra level of protection. That's why they say only play what you can afford to loose. Also look at it as a form of entertainment. I like to use the sport analogy.
