He also fails the reasonable person test. I think others are correct here. He saw the early posted numbers with the missing pb number and went out and bought 26 tickets with each pb number. You did the correct thing! I never refuse a ticket printed in error. I'd have paid the 20 bucks too. Maybe the Advance Play box for two drawings had something in it (it was dirty) that the machine interpreted as the box being checked? I dunno...just a wild guess. Hi Gwoof sorry for the late reply , I been a Win hunter user since 2005 but mostly the last 10 years . The AI version of the software to me is kind of useless ,known in the manual as AI LIFE FORM.
