Just got word that I won a decent prize In a second chance drawing here in Mass. Prize includes 2 premium seats to a TD Boston Garden event ( sporting event or concert) , private dinner party before that event, behind the scenes tour of TD garden, a $50 Garden Gold Card (whatever that is) and $250 cash. inflated value of the prize is $1880 according to the lottery. Skeptic, Was it Billion Dollar Blockbuster? Isn't the top payout for the Monopoly a $3Million dollar prize? There have been similar stories with people posting concert/sporting event tickets online and scammers copying the bar codes to sell duplicated tickets. It would be a public service to let people know the dangers of posting tickets online. I wouldn't be surprised if the investigation took upwards of 90+ days because the store that cashed the ticket may be reluctant to fully cooperate.

Congrats Dracos on the $500 win and welcome back. I've been dabbling in the $10 Holiday Bonus (only rolls in the 130k+) range and the $10 GRC. I still have misgivings about whether both prizes will go unclaimed because a lot of smaller stores returned the $10 Holiday Bonus for the new $10 GRC. In any event, I got this winner today. Now that the $5M prize was claimed for the $20 GRC, I've taken a break from that game.

Well I took a shot at the $20 Monoploy game today. Bought about 30 tickets total from different locations. Highest book number was 817,260. The rest were in the 800-808k range. In any event, outside of two $100 winners and a several $20-$30 winners, nothing impressive. Just a very difficult game to play.

Thanks wbrightfl. This has been a fairly good week for me. There have been some good weeks and some bad weeks. For the most part, I have been pocketing half of my winnings and splitting the other half between more scratch-off tickets and drawing games (e.g., Lucky Money, Fantasy 5, etc.). The drawing games offer delayed disappointment instead of instant disappointment. In any event, I hope your luck turns around.

I bought a few gift cards as soon as I got paid in the event that I get carried away with Scratchers again. I lost an Electric 7's but got a $4 winner on Tripling Bonus Crossword to cut my loss to $1.

Spend the weekend with family in Disney World. On my way back, stopped at a Shell Gas Station and bought one $20 GRD and one $20 Flamingo. The Flamingo (as it always seems) was a loser. However, I can comment that the book number was 849,824 which is the highest I've seen. In any event, I'll take the GRD win.
