Hey, Do you know if that is an IGT machine or Scientific Games lotto machine? We can't do that in KY, QP pop out of the machine and that's when you find out your #'s. Ours in KY are IGT, kind of look like a big rounded edge refrigerator. Been a while since we went to Ohio and think they have SG machines; not 100% sure.

Yes, the message was meant for you. IGT=International Gaming Technology; WOF=Wheel of Fortune. Our machines also have a total touch screen but no replay feature per se. If you win I think under $50 it asks if you want credit or delete. One game, Cashball 225 you may win a free ticket here and there and it'll print a new ticket with different #'s. Our self serve machines do not have replay feature either if that's what you're talking about. Our clerks can replay your tickets for you. Naturally I wrote IGT (physical letter, no e-mail) suggestion that the machines be equipped with a replay feature...naturally this shareholder never got a reply. However years before that I wrote them in Las Vegas and said I had won several jackpots on their WOF slot machines. They sent me a very nice WOF with IGT on the back.

Correct, however have you used an IGT machine in KY and then it won't scan? That's when the person who loads the machine does not activate the scratch tickets. Just yesterday a Trucker scanned his ticket to show me this and he was not happy.

With large wins in Kentucky they do send an email for on line wins. It also includes their private phone # to which you have to call. With my small wins, most so far of $500 it just gets automatically deposited into my account. It is up to the customer to have funds moved to their bank account. Somehow with those monies the call to IGT Rhode Island got transferred to somebody in Chicago. She was able to fix it--this was during KY on line infancy days.

In this area, greater Louisville, all of the machines that I've encountered are touchscreen. There are still the old style IGT machines here and there, especially from what I've seen outlying areas. Not sure if they're being replaced. One ticket seems to have misprinted for me on a draw game and could not be scanned anywhere. Looked it up and of course not a winner! Often wonder why QRS codes aren't used on lotto tickets, especially scratch ones.

Bought Cash Ball tickets at a Five Star and the scanner, kiosks and terminal couldn't scan them. Never had a problem scanning scratchers. Thought it was a printer problem with the kiosk and bought tickets from the terminal. None of their scanners could read them either. Are the touch screen kiosk IGT machines?

Not sure if your comment was directed to me and I don't know what some of your acronyms mean (WOF, IGT etc) I'm currently in Texas, a huge lotto state and it's shocking how out of shape these machines are and how unreliable they are. I've lost money by the machines double printing tickets either from me pressing the push buttons or using my app QR code. This happens over and over again at multiple machines and I've contacted the lottery and they are very non chalant, we appreciate your feed

Just like one of the old NYC hotels that had a machine in the basement to wash those nasty coins. Probably long gone. Did comment this morning on their general FB page that 'sure going to miss the #'s hot-line'. It got to be a pain in the a-- to do things on the phone. IGT putting out too many updates and things just never seemed right so gave up. I do use it @ home. Oh, last four of my cell phone came in box last night. Week before it came in straight...of course I never play it!!
