... Pre-tests are an aspect of the lottery that touch on the subject of randomness in general. However in the end, it doesn't matter if the lottery skip drawings..as long as the pre-tests are random. That phenomenon happens more frequently than we realize. In a study done by Ion Saliu of 500 PA Evening draws, the same numbers were drawn in the following Evening draw 15 times.
