Horrible,Iowa dropped the ball on this one. RNG drawings are not what the players wanted. Iowa makes enough money off the players to incorporate ball drop machines. I was so excited when learning Iowa would run its own drawings but after finding out its RNG I am disgusted. Where are the drawings done for Iowa's Pick 3 4? I talked to an Iowa Lottery Rep Today and he told me They are done in Iowa now. I thought they where done in Indiana.He also didn't know if they used different machines for Midday and Evenings.

Indiana and Iowa has the exact same pick 3 and pick 4, do they share the numbers? I know Iowa use to share Illinois numbers until a few years ago.

He was convicted in Iowa and appealed. The Iowa court dismissed one count because it was outside the SOL. The other count they reversed bc of jury instruction error and ordered a retrial. However, while the appeal was pending, Tipton pled guilty in Federal court and the Iowa prosecutors agreed to dismiss the Iowa charges because of his federal plea. He got away with nothing.
