Well, that might not be entirely true about website not being down. Minnesota and Iowa both share the 'All or Nothing' game, that's the extent of a connection.

Did a count by one week, it's 376 draws per week, removing one of the Iowa-Illinois repeats. That's 1504 draws for 4 weeks. The draw count of 1596 is correct. Also, I did a year to date check out for all states up to 45 weeks and the 014 hit count is within acceptable limits. There were a total of 16,920 draws; 014 had a .0161764 probabilty of hitting 115 times, that's about 1.61794 % or 1 in 61 chance of hitting 115 times. Looking for fomulas
I am new here to LP, yet over the years have played around with different techniques to decipher a group of numbers to play. I have hashed out Pick 3, Pick 5's, and powerball. I am joined LP to seek out diffeenpoints of views and techniques that are being used. I really liked TNT's way of grouping the Tennessee Pick into 3 groups. I did the same for Iowa's Cash Game which is a Pick t from 35 instead of 39. So since Iowa had only 35 I set-up 5 groups of 7 in the same fashion to keep my groups

Excel formulas for Pick 3 & 4 help needed
Hello All,I have a formula =SUM(ISNUMBER(FIND( 520 ,B3:AE21))*1) that I use in excel. It's able to take a and find one # for either pick 3 or 4 across all parts of a excel sheet. I have been doing this formula for all combinations to see what is coming out the most. This is good for straights I figure or even boxes to narrow things down.My question I have is 1. It was only offered as an example of a hypothesis. Five years is a very logical time period to test a system for profitably but this isn't a play the same combos forever type of system. This exemplifies where you are going wrong in your thinking.
