I read a book many many years ago called God's Numerology . It talked about the significance of numbers like 1 is for unity and 2 is for division, 3 is resurrection and of course 12 is completion...12 Tribes of Israel. Banks are usually subject to the state they are registered; just like the people working in the are subject to the laws of the host country. It is how international commerce works. I would seriously doubt that the Israel Bank in NYC would be exempt from NYC, NY State, and US Federal laws. You put money in that bank, and you can consider US taxes a given.
