LP Member's Observations / "Laws of Lotto"
Justxploring posted Nancy's Law of attraction (hilarious) in another thread. Let's dop one about LP member's Laws of Lotto or lotto tenets if you will. Stuff like: Coin Toss' rule of jackpot relativity: The higher the jackpot, the more people who have criticized lotto by saying, You've got better chances f getting hit by lightning , will buy a ticket and try to 'get hit by lightning'. (Keep it going, I have an idea we're going to get some really good ones!)

Focusing On Winning The Lottery Is A Fruitless Event
Let's take Nancy's Law of Attraction and do a thread on observations/ laws of lotto. by LP members. Re: Attraction In the movie Wishmaster there's a scene where a guy is somehow trapped on the wrong side of a storm fence. The Wishmaster is a sort of evil genie (A Djinn). He offers the guy behind the fence a wish, and the guy says, I wish I was on the other side of this fence. The Wishmaster asks, That's it? , and the guy says, Yeah. <POOF> He goes through

Hello boyz. Looks like you have been busy bashing me while I was gone, especially @gary01954 You, @gary01954 is trying to frame me again. I did receive an email. In fact, it was addressed to all members. The author simply communicated with members and share his analysis to help us to do the same. We use different filters etc. that have specific names. No, there is no incentive whatsoever. You are not in it, so you wouldn't understand it. Do you know the whole list of items I mentioned in my

Why does it seem that the people who already have good careers/money win big?
Thanks for all the replies. To be honest, I was only being slightly facetious in the questioning. That's why I asked, why does it seem, versus why do only. I know things aren't always the way it seems. And yes I understand prayers and the lottery may not produce the results right then or if ever. Not to mention, gambling and all. Someone mentioned law of attraction. I have to disagree with that metaphor. Trust me, I understand it. Probably not as well and seriously as you do. But that spe

The "Holy Grail"
I would have to agree with DC. Here's my logic and thoughts on random and odds. A short story but true. Using real names too lol joe tells me yesterday he will never win the jackpot and the odds are in the millions. I said ya know Joe, your right and if you keep telling yourself that it becomes your reality Joe says your always lucky i couldn't agree with a Joe more. Do I win often? You betcha. My odds are 50/50. When I buy a ticket I'm going to win or lose. It's as simple as that. Once y

Thinking way too hard

The Secret
Collier's book is titled The secret of the Ages (sound familiar? except you see, his is circa 1926 or so). Here's a couple of reviews on amazon: The Secret of the Ages is the Law of Attraction. Many of the other writers in this category actually quote this author, and refer to this book, which is partly how I discovered it. ________ After reading the book entitled The Secret , I decided I wanted to check out one of the authors listed throughout the book. I thought it was amazing

why play the pick 4?
Quote: Originally posted by LOTTOMIKE on March 17, 2006 Quote: Originally posted by sirbrad on March 17, 2006 I actually agree with the author. I used to play pick 4 a lot, and even pick 3, and have won enough. But I still seem to win more playing the jackpot games then I did with the smaller games. I also play lottery games that provide a chance at a total life transformation (jackpots) and very rarely play the pick 3 and 4's anymore. For awhile I was getting absolutely no return on them, a

Really too bad she didn't/couldn't tell us what a perfect combination meant. I would have loved to hear it. But maybe she didn't know and was relying on her preferred site? I still think one of two things were in play. Either she was part of that site, or she did get an email from the site. That email had some offer included, like, Submit your idea and if we use it on our site, we'll give you six months FREE! Perfect plan. Visit lottery sites, get free info, submit it to boing-
