Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
You know what I like the petition idea. if and IF is a big word., we can get 100,000 people to sign it would force the president of the U.S. to look into the matter which could get the NYS legislation to do something about it.

$136M Powerball winner sued for 'dooring' cyclist
It is not US Laws that are attacking motorists, it is the bicycle advocates in certain states that create bad legislation. And if the law says the very subjective opening a car door in an unsafe manner , it's terrible legislation.

Arizona $188.9M Powerball winner claims prize
'Earlier this year, state lawmakers overwhelmingly approved a bill that prevents lottery winners' identities from being released for 90 days after a prize claim. However the new law doesn't take effect until July 3. The Arizona Lottery in this case appears to have granted the Powerball winner the rights allowed under the new legislation, even though it is not yet officially enacted.' At long last, some Common Sense!

Texas man charged in Iowa lottery case contests extradition
This happens more than you might realize. Especially when crooks employ high priced attorneys that argue under a particular state's legislation evidence collected would be insufficient to secure an indictment. At the end of the day, he's toast!

Multi-state Lucky for Life game comes to Kentucky
It would be nice if the state legislation would lift the 35% restrictions I did think about contacting my legislator but don't know what good it would do. I guess I'll just have to continue to play in Texas.

It Should Be Our Own Right
I feel your pain TnTicketlosers, I asked the OLC why we don't have a state lotto jackpot game and if we will be getting one in the future their response was legislation won't allow it . Then I asked about better scratch-offs games(since our highest is $5 to win $30,000-$40,000) you can guess what they said umm........ state legislation won't allow it . And they(OLC) wonder why lottery sales are down.
