I think the leniency is due to the fact that the attempt failed and she never got a cent from the lottery. She is lucky someone at the lottery decided at the last second to make sure she was the actual winner. I completely agree with her lawyer that she would have come to a bad end if she had actually gotten her hands on that much money, and I hope she can turn her life around.

I am confusing this game with Lucky for Life. He won Cash 4 Life. Fixed payout game both of them. Avoid. The Virginia game he won the odds were 7.2 to 1 million whereas the Cash For Life game the odds for the same hit are 1.8 million to 1 but only half the prize. Makes the Virginia one lame.

Lucky for Life is now MUSL drawn on RNG in Iowa. I believe they changed from Connecticut RNGs to Iowa RNGs around September this year. There really wasn't a big announcement.

I understand their point too, but don't see how that could happen on a multi state level because it would compete with other MUSL and state games. There were over 175 million combinations in the old MM game and players asked for larger jackpots. Our 4/35 + 1/25 has $225,000 jackpot with a decent secondary prize payouts. And we have Lucky for Life that has a nice intermediate jackpot. Ohio has a nice mix of games with something for about everybody.

I too did not match any number on MM for the last three draws. Have not matched any number on PB as well this week. Hoping that tonight I match something. This week I played multi draw. Got one line for 3 different draws for PB and one line for 2 different draws for MM. So that's $15 for PB and MM for the week. I have each draw covered for the week. On Thursdays and Sundays I play lucky for life.
