People can write n number of tweaked algorithms or plain -Add, subtract, divide, multiply, root of numbers, averages, statistics,etc., and come up with something that will look like it predicts past.
Predicting and nailing future within 100s of tickets is big.
100 to 200 is big time. Never beaten system.
An AI system is similar to these training. It is as good as training data and parameters.

Ohio Lottery cashing services restored after 'cybersecurity incident' in December
Weeks after a cybersecurity incident at the Ohio Lottery made it next to impossible to cash in winning tickets over $599, the Lottery said all options are again available.
The downside is that The Ohio Lottery confirmed that an unauthorized third-party likely gained access to customer and retailer information.
