Google zabaware. It's a starting point. It can read books pdf files. If you want something that can think I might start with Microsoft cntk. Yes you half to do some of your own work. It's like raising a child with encyclopedic knowledge. Be prepared to curate alot of data. Remember: garbage in garbage out.

This was so helpful. Thank you. It actually caused me to look at the drawing history through new lens. Those dates of the same number combinations were quite close. I didn't expect that! I was just trying to ensure that my number combinations hadn't been hit yet; giving them a better chance of being imminent. I have been able to get it done, largely in part to some advice Edessa Knight gave me about using Microsoft Excel and the query function. Once again thank you for your time and your help.

I tested on my new chrome laptop and Samsung tablet it works fine. But it is still the same on my Dell Desktop Chrome Browser, even I clear and empty as you have suggested. Not only that my Microsoft Edge Browser also acts the same way, so strange.
