More millionaires for Missouri. The Match 5 prize increases 5X to $1million (Missouri will average 24 more millionaires a year). Match 5 with Powerplay - Prize doubles to $2 million. I took that to mean the 24 players in Missouri that match 5+0 and would normally get $200K before will be getting $1M with the $2 tickets. The matrix size doesn't have to change for that to happen. Under the new system Powerplay will only double the top prize rather than multiply it by 5

Maddog if you notice all the 5+0 winners in them states all got them from quick pick in there state the odds of winning and picking your own number is tremendous. At least that is from my perspective in missouri. trying winning any game in missouri is hard since they ignore the little towns and pick winners in the major cities. scratchers, pick3, pick4, lotto, show me cash are rigged and changed at the whim of the lottery offices.
