Question 1) Let's say for example, I bought two tickets from a state lotto game such as the MI Lottery's 6/47 game. The first ticket was a computer pick, and the second ticket, I copied the same set of six lotto numbers from the first computer pick onto a MI 6/47 play slip for the same draw. The nightly MI 6/47 draw takes place and my six lotto numbers are selected as the winning six lotto numbers drawn. I understand their point too, but don't see how that could happen on a multi state level because it would compete with other MUSL and state games. There were over 175 million combinations in the old MM game and players asked for larger jackpots. Our 4/35 + 1/25 has $225,000 jackpot with a decent secondary prize payouts. And we have Lucky for Life that has a nice intermediate jackpot. Ohio has a nice mix of games with something for about everybody.
