In the past I used the first three numbers I saw on a license plate. I've also used the last three numbers on my odometer. I won THREE pick 3's this way!

Pick 5 wheel abbreviated with repeated numbers
I am having a hard time finding any wheel that has numbers 0 through 9 that can be repeated (order doesn't matter). what I'm looking for are these strategies that guarantee 2 out of 3, 3 out of 4, and 4 out of 5 where the digits can be chosen more than once. Can someone point me in the right direction?

As your screenshots show, the new site does get rid of a lot of extra stuff on the pages, like the hot icons in the forums, etc. In fact, the concept of rating threads from 1-5 stars has been eliminated. Instead, it only maintains the ability to up/down vote individual posts. To be honest, I don't think too many people based decisions on the rating system. I always get flack when I question the 50 pick 3 combos, good for all states especially when I suggested posting them as predictions so the results can be analyze. And some get very upset when I question why their Ten pick 3 systems don't get the same results. So I'll apologize up front to the system writers if they believe I'm knocking whatever they are doing. The screen shot you posted just shows the winning numbers drawn for the time period you selected. If you click the arrows in each column it will change the orders ex, 2nd column most hits to least. If you click lottery results on the left, pick the state, game, and draw, then More, then inspect past results, you can see what's hot or not. Also go in the search box, type in Pick 3 tips or Pick 4 tips, that will help you with finding strategies. Good Luck!!!
