Systems to always guarantee a win of smallest prize
Hi, I'm looking for systems / wheels to generate the smallest number of combinations which will always guarantee to win a smallest prize. For example in UK Lotto where there's 1-59 balls, pick 6 numbers, minimum match is 2 numbers to win a prize. How would you approach this problem? I am also looking for a programming code if possible. I always get flack when I question the 50 pick 3 combos, good for all states especially when I suggested posting them as predictions so the results can be analyze.
