If you win a Pick 4 double for a dollar box with the promotion you'll win $800 before taxes. After they take out the 24% Fed and 8.95% state taxes for a total of $263.60, you'll take home an extra $136.40 for a grand total of $536.40 Why wouldn't we just wait till the promotion is over, then play for a $2.00 box, win $800 and then keep it all. Makes sense right?

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I tried one on day one and lost so will be playing it sparingly lol. Funny how the new promotion for the ticket requires you to buy a florida lottery ticket as well for a entry. That let's you know Fla lottery sales are down and the tix are flooded with losers lol. Anyway, I found this after a few months without a big win.

winpick3: The NC Lottery has a Yellow Ball Double Draw promotion this month (and most times in March) on the Pick 3 Evening draw in which a second set of numbers is every time a yellow ball is drawn from a set of seven balls. That is why you will see a second evening drawing every so often in March.

DEL P, Until you mentioned the promotion I hadn't even heard about it. One think I've found, if you ask them something they're usually pretty good about getting back to you and answering any questions. I've done it a few times. I figure if you want to know for sure about something concerning the Md lottery, go to the source.

I sent them a second email. Jim, Well, if we have to pay the 32.95% taxes (24% Fed, 8.95% state) which comes out to $263.60 on the $800 win per my example, that would leave me with only $536.40 in total take home winnings. I know you don't have any control or say over the taxes, but I'm going to be candid here. If that additional $400 in winnings is only going to amount to an actual $136.60 extra in my pocket, then in that case I hope I DON'T get one of the Double Box Payout promo

Here's what they said. My question. If a win on the double box payout totals an amount over $600 do we have to fill out a claim and pay taxes on it? Example, if we play a dollar box on a Pick 4 double for $400 and get a Double Box Payout ticket that would be $800. Do we have to fill out a claim to get the $800 if we win? Or will the retailer just gives us the $800 cash? Thanks! Their answer. Good morning Mr. Wurston, Thanks for checking in again. The tax threshold of paying t

Has anybody heard why the FL lottery hasn't listed the Daily Cash Promotion winners. The drawing was 2/5 and the winners were supposed to be listed 2/8. Still nothing. Good Luck, Chris
