This is in essence a proposal to rob from the children to pay the adults, how sad and pathetic. Lottery proceeds are earmarked for education and should locked to remain for that purpose. Since under New Jersey's state's constitution proceeds from the lottery must be spent on state institutions and education, the voters would have to vote on an amendment to change their state constitution to allow this which I doubt seriously many in the state would vote in favor of.

Jersey does not allow for it, there was a proposal for a 1 year hold on publishing the winners name but it failed. I'm not sure but I think you can decline the photo, someone not to far from me won and I hav'nt been able to find their photo. As for myself it doesn't matter anymore as I go to Delaware for the big $ games. I imagine the next proposal will be like Tx. you'll have to pay for it, they'll pass that in the middle of the night like they did the 10.8% state tax.

Currently unemployed and living in a tent. I did get a job proposal to become a professional protester but the pay was either 2 bottles of beer or a pack of cigarettes per day so I had to respectably deny the position . The REST of my neighbors did accept the offer so now I have a lot more elbow room.
