until his resignation on 28 February 2013. WrOnG..!! He resigned on Feb 11th 2013..!!... The SAME DATE , Mussolini signed that Treaty with the Vatican, granting it Sovereignty.. Fulfilling the Biblical prophecy of the starting reign of the Kings,.. culminating in the LAST Pope (King) written about in the Book of Revelation.. for as of THAT Date?.. they ruled over a KiNgDoM.. and if you were paying attention...
