Regarding your sentence, Suppose that they had found a way to actually program daily numbers into the RNG program to come out on specific days... , Eddie Tipton did that, and it's extremely well documented at Lottery Post. He did that on computers like the ones you described in Delaware. They all claim to be not connected to the internet, but that does not stop an insider. Thank you for your point of view OhSoClose. I hear what you are saying, but if what you say was true, that would mean that all the security personnel as well as the auditors, would either be in on the rigging or they just look the other way. I think the lottery is rigged has been discussed here ad nauseam. Usually by people who are not winning. (Like most of us) Regardless if it is rigged or not, THERE ARE PEOPLE WINNING JACKPOTS all the time. So, rigged or not, people are still winning. Is it just because YOU are not winning?
