None of the lottery monthly books/dream books/ lottery almanacs have workouts or systems - ONLY NUMBERS to play !!! The only workout type of booklet that I know of, is Professor Hitt's +/- 1 Rundown booklet. But you don't need to waste money on this type of booklet, b/c you can figure out a +/- 1 Rundown on your own.

Usually I play my #s with winnings of the week. Well, usually I check my tickets, yesterday I did a rundown of 28. Which is 280, 281,282,283,284,285,286,287,288,289. I ask the agent to do all box for .50. He started out boxing but then went to .50 straights. Don't you know! 268 came out yesterday in New York. I got home and found he did not do what I told him to do because he became distracted. I can't blame anyone but myself for not checking. This would have been my play back money for the week
