My thoughts exactly. This country seems to be the bully of the world. It frightens me, Russia, China, N Korea have had about enough of this and their military might is nothing to shake a stick to. The pots would increase substantially if they would repeal that stupid 1961 law prohibiting purchasing lottery tickets from another state over the phone. Naturally the not yet invented internet got the shaft too from this stupid law.

I subscribe to a website feed English Russia . They post all sorts of videos and photos, clandestine visits to Chernobyl, the war in the Ukraine, several from that huge meteor a yr. or two ago, things like that, but they also have a lot of Russian dashcam compilation videos. I've spent hours watching them and the road rage abounds. They have the cams b/c of all the bogus accidents .

Now that I'm wrapping my mind around this (still early,lol) I see what you say does make sense. Since you're adding 19 more balls, naturally the chance of the number bias changing is greater. Personally, I never play Mega. Why would anyone? I've posted this before but your odds are the populations of Russia and Mexico combined! Absolutely ridiculous.
