Kansas Lottery announces launch of online ticket sales
From what I've researched, there are no lottery lobbyists so that antiquated pre-internet 1961 could be trimmed back a bit. News this week said $35 Billion will be spent on FOOTBALL ALONE this year--sports betting that is.
With all the do nothing politicians guess the proposal to raise The $1200 threshold o

OTOH if California had legalized sports betting, Oshani's interpreter would not in hot water right now.
Their coffers would really be bursting if it ever was addressed there---don't know about that!

Rhode Island university president forgot about $1 million Mega Millions lottery ticket in a drawer
More states don't than do offer on-line purchases of lottery tickets. Luckily I'm in one that does, however it seems like I buy more in the store than ever.
With SCOTUS decision (I think) about sports betting, it gives me hope that the antiquated 1961 law prohibiting certain things across state lines. Heck how many lotteries existed then? It would be wonderful if I could exercise my First Amendment rights to purchase say California lottery either over the phone or Internet.
IDK why MA go

Mississippi Lottery passes $2 billion in gross sales
Played their lottery in Biloxi finally. Noticed they just added Double play to Powerball. A letter was mailed to them to compliment on them getting a lottery because they did not rush into it and memory says they thoroughly researched other lotteries before starting.
Mentioned before, I think about WDRB interviewing me a year ago November regarding sports betting in Kentucky. I don't do that but mentioned folks will just go to neighboring states to bet. It did not pass, then suddenly it went

Court finds that skill games are legal in Pennsylvania
The last paragraph about SUMS it...more money for the state coffers if that goes through.
Not sure if this is the same thing, we had 'grey' slot machines in some small businesses and just recently outlawed for good, however there are still ads for some kind of slot machines in Louisville but very limited hours.
The voters got their wish for sports betting here. I'm too dumb to understand it and don't want to bother folks playing on the machines. The state adds 9% for the machines and wh
