What is the purpose of rigging a lottery drawing by the government and how exactly could they do this. They want it hit to collect the taxes one would think. If my initial personal amount is 477M plus. But as a result of reducing taxes through charitable giving my new personal amount is 333M plus. I don't think I will have saved 100M in taxes.
