Tennessee Lottery should be online?
Hi Stack47, That makes no sense. All states should allow it all to be online, especially like Tennessee, Indiana and Kentucky. I think Tennessee allows online horse race, but not online lottery. That is terrible. We need change, if you can bet online or in person for horses than you should be able to do sports betting as well as lottery online. Tennessee can't said it is impossible anymore because of allowing Sports betting. Who can we write about online lottery?

What would you do if you won a lottery?
First I'd hire an army of poll watchers for next time. Then I'd drive up to Chicago and get a good pizza (There ain't none in East Tennessee).

Why is This Happening?
With live ball pick 3 and pick 4 drawings we see three or four ball sets while the lotto type games have only one ball set. The order of those draws are permutations that are converted into a combination. The drawing order has no effect on payoffs, frequencies, and hit/skips but does help to better explain repeat numbers and combinations If the drawings are not random there might be a way to exploit it.
