Texas pick 3 probability question
Texas has 4 daily drawings of p3 for a total of 12 digits. What are the odds that in one day each digit shows up at least once? I don't have any intuition how rare it should be. It must be rare cuz I can't find any recent examples of it happening.

Hexadecimal to text conversion, need help
Thank you everybody, no big deal, the programmer was very tricky, I was not able to do it either, but is O.K. I am very tricky also, back when he made the program Texas had only a night draw, so I have used one of the 2 Canada databases for the Texas pick 3 day draw, I can't change it's name to Texas day, but no matter, the program was made so a person could not add new states or new pick 3 history databases, but using then Canada pick 3 database works O.K. to completely replace those old draws

Powerball Probability Question
For what it's worth, I play MM and PB because I also play Texas Lotto. The odds hitting the jackpot on Texas Lotto are 1 in 25,827,165. The odds of hitting the $1,000,000 2nd place prize on MM or PB are approximately half of Texas Lotto's odds. Granted the Lotto's jackpot is much higher, but in my case (age), $1 million will do me fine until I croak. To each his own.

What Does It Take To Win (Mathematically Speaking?)
RJOH: I might have misread the post. Or maybe the person who made the post misread what he or she thought was claimed. Thanks for correcting me. I didn't intend to convey belief or disbelief about the original claim, but I actually didn't believe it. On the other hand, the Texas news has said a lot about the Ex-Texas woman with a PHD in math and her winnings in Texas. I don't doubt her wins and I haven't seen anything quoting her as saying she had a system.
