Back in the Stone Age when the Ohio Pick-3 was only about a year old I was looking at the results to see how many draws I would have hit had I added a number to each digit position; it was based on the popular 123 tic tac toe method. I went back to the last 9 evening only draws and it worked 7 of those times. i just stumbled upon this by sure accident, but i also use other tools to help me pick my numbers. like oldest pair out, which double is due, all odd or all even, and i have been charting tennessee's numbers for 2 years now, and that is what helps me. this may not be the true tic tac toe, but maybe if you test your state this may help someone. help never hurt no one. good luck kid.

If there is no borrow or carry, how can both 3+9 and 2+9 equal 1 even if it is just for this workout? I can understand if the idea is to add 1 to the first digit, 2 to the second digit, and 3 to the third, but there are only 10 digits in each position. So using your example 2+1=3, 8+2=0, and 9+3=2 (because there is no 12th digit); it should be 302. In the tic tac toe workouts they place the last number draw in the middle and added and subtract 1,2, and 3 and create combinations horizontal,

This is an easy one. We will use the days date in a tic tac toe method. The date will be vertical in the center. The month is April which is the 4th month. We wil, do a +- 4 on both sides. This is inspired by Lakerben and Whoamama. Take the last p3 result, say 436. First add 711 to it using mod-10 addition on each digit position. 436+711 -- 147 Next multiply your starting number by 711 using normal arithmetic and take the back 3 digits. 436x711 -- 996 Lastly divide your starting number by 711 (need calculator) and take the first three digits after the decimal point. 436/711 -- 613 Now for the Lakerben part: put the 3 numbers in a grid, like so 1 4
