Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
All the statistics you keep belching up have nothing to do with my play. Off the top of my head I can give three examples when Jimmy's statistics not only had nothing to do with actual play and one (Maddog's Challenge the details) was so far off the charts, it defied credibility. It's obvious when someone assumes one size fits all when it comes to actual lottery play, they never played lottery games, never talked to anybody that did, or they are on a crusade against wagering on lottery game

counting 3 digit numbers
You might want to do a search for the TIC TAC TOE system Where you put 9 digits in a box form like this 485 319 207 It might be the last three numbers that came out--- you make numbers from it same idea can be used for pick 4

What Does It Take To Win (Mathematically Speaking?)
I wish I could blame Jimmy on my losses, but I can't. I appreciate his efforts in backtesting to prove or disprove systems Jimmy compared your system to the 33 year history of PA evening pick-3 drawing when I seriously doubt you or anyone else would continue to use any system that failed for even 6 months. Had you continued with your ideas, it's possible someone could have used your system for a month and won thousands. He did the same analysis with a Tic Tac Toe workout suggesting players

Number Of Combinations For This Unusual Game?
The game is for the State of Oregon and is called Lucky Lines. It consists of a grid like Tic Tac Toe, the center square is free and can be used for the diagonal lines, the center vertical, and the center horizontal rows and columns. Each square has 4 possible numbers for a total of 32 used in the game. Each draw will choose one number in each of the 8 squares for a total of 8 drawn numbers. First square is 1-4. second 5-8 and so on and so forth through the 32 numbers. I want to play a

Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
You (Jimmy) hide behind simple math and think this makes you stand out in some way, not. There is nothing wrong with statistics and I applaud anyone taking the time to do it. However when their conclusions prove what 99% of all lottery players already knew, the statistics are useless. Jimmy can pretend they mean something for the next 30 years but at the end of the day, they only prove what we already knew on day one. He actually believed it was extraordinary to find playing $1 on the same

I believe there is a FLAW in the Play 3 lottery.
Do the math? Here is some simple math, on Missouri Pick 3 Yesterday, Midday, 461 572 461 -------------------dropped midday, now, look at it as a tic , tac, toe, 350 If you go from the 0 up to the 6 up to the 5, you get the evening Pick 3 number straight, 065 you can also get, 012, 367, 345, going from bottom to top. from top to bottom, you can get, 543, 763, 210, 362, 501, etc. etc. if you just use the number that dropped, and tic , tac, toe the rest, you got so

Megaball prediction
Yeah, there's also the scratcher games like tic-tac-toe and bingo where you can look at how the boards are filled out, look for singletons that line up on a board, and with 60% probability, know whether a scratcher card is a winner. So if you could look at a stack of scratchers before buying, you could pick out the most likely winners (without scratching anything off). Here's an article about that. https://www.wired.com/2011/01/cracking-the-scratch-lottery-code/ 1 - alpha = confidence i

Oregon Lucky-Lines
That OR Lucky Lines is a pretty unique game. Tic-Tac-Toe or a mini-BINGO type game. Baseline it's Pick 8 of 32 Numbers. The win matrix is a non-standard structure.
