I played in Delaware a little bit when I was on vacation at the beach. Bought 9 $5 White Gold to win $10. Bought the next 2 to win $10, and $5. 1 $2 Jumbo Bucks won $2 and 4 $2 Jokers Wild to win $2. I bought a $3 Tic Tac Toe Cash one to win $5. I called it quits after that. No this doesn't have to do with any scratch off game. It is like Tic-tac-toe, It is set up like Tic-tac-toe, you just have to find the nmbers that match. just like the Bingo. The have the Fish game, Bingo, and Tic-tac-toe. and a few more games I think it is six games, someone correct if I am wrong. I will go back and look. Ok, they call it the Ezplay Games. I bought a $3 Super Tic-Tac-Toe and a $2 cash frenzy while and went to order my lunch. I won $10 on the $3 ticket and lost on the $2 ticket. I bought another one while I was waiting and won $6 off that one. Later in the day I cashed the $6 winner and got a $3 Fruit Twist Crossword and a Red Bull. I asked the clerk what the newest tickets were for Kansas. She told me #'s 9 10. I took to of the 9's which were X's O's. I sratched the top ticket and right off the bat won a whopping free ticket. the ticket sys yo can win 2 ways. Besudes getting the X's and O's in tic-tac-toe order it also had a bonus.
