Hello you are always close out here in Louisiana with the pick 4 itz always off one number .. Im doing this workout called the tic tac toe and v track Im always off one number would you mind looking at Louisiana for me please

Got a little trick I am watching with getting pick 4 vtracs for up coming draws... using a vtrac.. tic tac toe method.. Take the last vtrac... Let's take GA... 445 midday vtrac... Set up in tic tac toe fashion.. 4 3 2 4 4 1 5 1 5 Now for the pick 4 set up.. Look for L shape vtrac line up.. example here... Vtracs v4451 v4453 v 3215 v1515 ..to be seen in GA soon.. We feel as though we trapped the winning number within the Tic Tac Toe systems we use. As to the term triad that stands for the 3 digits used in finding your 4th digit. Thanks Long Odds. The stacks look beautiful. Look how that 8886 is showing tic tac toe style. I see a couple of quads. I see my Uncle's last 4 (5578) cell number on the same line. The 7984 looks good. It came out on Thurs March 12th 2015 as 4987. May has been the month of repeats.
