I also forgot to mention that I had selected the wildball option too on that evening ticket and for the vending machine to dispense # 003 means I am the 3rd person in the whole state with # 003 via Quick Pick with the wildball option.

I live right Infront a gas station and the snip tellers(I think they racist) just refuse to sell me numbers everytime I go in the machine broken....I keep threatening to report them and leave it because I really feel one day soon I'm gonna hit it big and Im going straight over there and rub my ticket in their faces....they from India....very nasty smh This post has been automatically changed by the Lottery Post computer system to remove inappropriate content and/or spam.

You know who I have the most empathy for? The people that don't have a disposable means of income and play NCEL with a dream of hitting something. I have seen people come in with a pocket full of change and put their last dollar to buy a ticket. Granted, this may not be the smartest thing to do, but NC makes it seem like it is easy to win. Most times, they will end up with a losing ticket. Sad that our state and lottery does not have any morals or values. I understand they need to make $$,

The thing about scratchers is if there's no big winners in the store where you bought them, you can't win big simply because there's nothing there to win, no matter how many you buy. With Fast Play, at least theoretically, any retailer or vending machine has an equal chance of printing out a big win. You could chase a win if your pockets were deep enough and sooner or later, it might come. I thought of another example that made me smile. Imagine you work at a business where there's exactly 1

With the Fast Plays, they roll them out with the promise of 13 top prizes, but if not enough people are playing it, those prizes just won't be there. You kind of have to think of them as a parimutuel jackpot system. If you play, you could win a chunk of whatever monies have been paid in for that particular game, but if it isn't a popular game, then the money's just not there to pay out. I had a $1.00 so I did the quick pick button for the evening Pick 3 and guess what Quick Pick did pick what numbers ? To the shock of my life ... The Quick Pick number is 666 with the WildBall option included in the Quick Pick ticket. If I have extra money then I make my own picks alongside the W.B. ( always include the W.B. ) but if I don't have enough money then I use the Quick Pick + W.B. button at the new electronic vending machine. I almost never use the old lottery machines in town.

I stumbled across a betting technique that's put a smile on my face but not in the way you'd expect. Might be a fluke, but I thought I'd pass it along here in case somebody else wants to try it. Find one of the full service lottery vending machines that prints out Fast Play and draw game tickets. You'll want something in a not-too-busy store because you'll be on the machine for a couple minutes. I fill out my betting slips in advance and put a couple dollars more in the machine than the bet
