I am trying to work out how to win the UK National Lottery by looking at previous winning numbers in the past 10 drawings, including low numbers, high numbers, odd numbers and even numbers. Has anyone any thoughts on this ?

Regionalised Lotteries?
This debate is asking you guys if the Lottery in the UK should go down the same route as the States and be regionalised with each region having their individual games and Scratch-cards whilst continuing to play The National Lottery games (E.G. Lotto and EuroMillions) just like how each US state that has a Lottery plays PowerBall and Mega Millions.
