Well even though others here seem to be reporting logical reasoning for this phenomena, I don't know if I trust MUSL since the Eddie Tipton fisaco. I thought that this games top prize worked different than a jackpot. I just got this off the Luck for Life web site. First-prize cash option is $5,750,000; multiple winners share the top prize regardless of payment option(s) chosen does this mean that if there are two or more winners of the top prize that it would be split between all of them?

I like being able to watch the draw on television. In the 90s the Texas night draw was shown on local stations in this area. I don't think the lottery ever paid for it, but just made it available. No local stations show it now, but it can be streamed live on the web site, and recorded draws can be streamed or downloaded. Mega Millions draws have long been shown on WGN, and now that Illinois plays Powerball, those draws are shown, too. I think it's not actually live, but about a minute delayed

That depends on how deep you're questioning the system of the game. Most of the public knows there's winning/draw numbers. What they may not know is that there are test draws. What the test draw files available from PB's web site seem to indicate is that for every single draw, 4 pre-tests happen, then the public draw, followed by a post-test.
