Here's the official web site for it MrBlay - http://www.powerball.com/gameshow/gs_main.asp. If you click on Where to Play it shows the states where you can play it - originally I thought it was played in all the Powerball states, but it's more like 2/3 of them. plnwebguy

In the state of Pennsylvania the odds is listed on the back of each ticket and posted on the state lottery site. One neat feature on the web site, is they post how many winners are left! It's not real time but updated about once every week, and I guess its better than nothing. The big unknown, is how many total tickets are left. I do feel it does give you a slight edge. Hi !! I requested the full liability report from the New York lottery. I have the info for every scratch off games. I advised them I needed the report because I did not want to be wasting my money trying to get a prize that does not exist. Just request the full Liability report with the break down for every prize for every game. Its called a FOIL request. (Freedom Of Information request). Wow thanks for breaking it down I get it now . How come They don't just say that in layman's terms on the web site?? And while they are at it mention what's left of ALL the prizes. Lets just say I want to go For the $500.00 prize. I would be wasting my money if they already sold all of them , and they only have the top prize and second prize available along with the $25 and $40 prizes. I mean I don't want to spend $25.00 to just keep getting back $25.00 you feel me?

Woomp there it is! I see in checking the winners list on the Michigan lottery web site that Two big prizes were claimed on 10 February. One was a big winner from a $5 ticket and one was a big winner from a $30 ticket. I hope one of them was you LM

Skeptic, What you list about GRT is the normal way its been around here since the game came out, Ive gone for 2 or 2 1/2 months before with even hitting a $500 ticket, so I have had many many sessions like you speak of. I havent been able to get over $150 on the $25 dollar ticket. I did notice yesterday too that they didnt have the million dollar tickets listed on the web site also, looked again and indeed they are there. I wish they would post the location of all the $250k winners.

The only way to win at scratch offs is to buy the winning ticket. If you think there is another way why don't you set up a web site and dedicate it to the worlds scratch off lotteries. Each scratch off game has 10's of millions of tickets printed. Good luck with coming up with a way to win.

TN Scratch Off Odds and Cost
With some difficulty, before I could locate the odds and card cost of each scratch off game on the Tennessee lottery web site. Now, it seems only the game name, number and prizes left are shown. Would someone know where to locate the odds of each game, other than on the card, itself?
