No Mega Millions advertising in FloridaReply
I noticed that Idaho lottery has cut way back on advertising. I haven't seen a MM ad on TV in a year or more. And they just started the PowerBall ads with the last JP. They used to start when the JP was much lower. Idaho does advertise games on tickets. I can't tell you how many times I've wondered why I have a MegaMillions ticket in my PowerBall/Hot Lotto/Wild Card 2 stack. That's nearly 40 years of playing. Wow. I started 4 years ago, on the larger jackpot games (Pick 5). Before that it was just Pick 3. And I am very dedicated. However, I don't know if I will have the same enthusiasm 30 years from now. That first year I was playing, 2008, I really thought I'd win a big jackpot. I decided to be daring today and buy $5 of quick-picks on Wild Card 2 to go along with my own picks for tonight. I may exceed my $10 limit. Yes, I know I will because I have to play Hot Lotto, after the dream I had of winning numbers last night. (Posted in blog.) So I will def spend a few bucks on Hot Lotto. One of the reasons, that I am excited about Mega Millions being added to my state, is because, it will be another ball-drawn game for us. Our pick 3, pick 5, Wild Card 2 and Hot Lotto are all computerized and I dislike it very much. Powerball is the only game at the moment, that is ball drawn. Yes I know the feeling and I am sorry that you are going through it now. I missed out on winning a $5,000 prize and a $500 dollar prize on Wild Card 2, when I didn't make it to the store to play my regular numbers. Although it wasn't a big jackpot prize like you missed out on, it still would have been nice to win a prize of that size. Now when I prepare a set of numbers to play, I always, always make sure I get to the store. It was a hard lesson to learn about not playing ones numbers. Do

I didn't see any advertisments either. I only found out about it because I was checking some tickets of mine at the Idaho lottery site. I am going to drop Hot Lotto and Wild Card 2 for a bit and try my hand at this game. Since it is $2.00 a play I can't play as much but since you get two lines it's basically just like playing two lines for a buck each. I really like the fact that they have two drawings and both lines are entered into both drawings. I do think the jackpot could start a bit higher

The nearest state to me that has a lottery is Texas, which is approximately a 3 hour drive. However, I play other state's lotteries if I get the chance.
