The Wyoming Lottery board voted 8-1 at a special meeting Monday to release salary information for board members and employees. Improvise- get your tickets from the neighboring States that do have a State lottery. Folks in Wyoming others who were locked out for years found a way.The politicians soon got the message that serious revenue was going out of State.
