The two drawings do seem to be connected and I actually use both ways. It helps. I would say to you if your state has a 6 out for 35 draws..wait until you see a clear number and then throw some money at it..

They used some of the funds in TN to start a kindergarden program. That is fine but I don't think that lotteries should be set up to pay for some deadbeat's responsibility. In probably most if not all of the states, they already take child support and taxes owed out of the winner's money. That should be the extent of it.

I am a retired reservist (Army) and have been teaching for about 13 years now. I also sell vintage glass and other antiques (If I can get them). I plan to work a couple of more years and then retire from teaching also.

They just started making financial planning mandatory in all TN schools. I wish we would have had it when I was in school. I learned to keep a budget and pay my bills from my Dad. I have always had decent credit and I try not to overspend. I don't have a lot of money saved but I am not worried about that right now. My sister once said We have always had enough. I manage to help others when I can. I have just one bill I am beginning to worry about but hopefully and with the help of the Good Lord

They are saying that they will play anyway but when they are losing their money..I bet their tune will change quick...look at TN. I don't care what anyone says, computer generated draws are subject to human error and the errors may go undetected except for the people who play the game.

9:00 pm to 7:00 am is a long time span. They should have said you can't redeem them during this time frame. I am sure if the CA lottery knew this, they would be raising the roof. Many folks buy their scratch tickets late before they go home and some folks buy them on the way to work..the lottery is losing a lot of revenue.

I just sent an email to the TN Lottery folks and we will see how they respond. I told them about the missing sequence numbers. They have been out for 109 draws at nite and to me that is a bit much. Their hit average was 17.9. I think they have written some of the most malicious code I have ever seen. The few players that do hit need to make at least $5,000.00 per hit because they don't know when they will hit again.
