Here where I am from, there are more white retailers than minorities. I think it is just a matter of choice. Some people may not feel that they can make a living running one of those stores. Also, you have to worry about being robbed or your clerks killed or whatever. I don't think most folks want to be that close to the worksite. I wonder if they can void out the ticket numbers BEFORE they can cash them in? This is crazy!! 2 types of scratch off scams ..Wow!!! I hope they get caught.

We received a phone call from Billy Vaughn from the lottery Security Dept for the Ky Lottery. He had looked the transaction up on the computer and he found it! He said that they should have given the $6.00 for the ticket and not 6 more scratch offs. He said he will call them and inform them of their mistake. I already gave that information to the Ky Lottery HQTRS. The name of the store, telephone number, address, etc. I didn't post it on here because there are MANY of them and it would be unfair to the ones who are honest.

They sent me an email this morning also and this is what they said. This is from the Ky Lottery HQTRS On your winning tickets, did you win a cash prize or a free ticket prize?
