Question For Possible Petition- Maybe For Todd or Not?
This is their reply..my email is at the bottom of the message. to me Many factors go into determining the structure of individual lottery games--game popularity, industry/market data, etc. The Tennessee Lottery marketing staff and vendors make those determinations based on such data and previous experience in the lottery industry. Your comments will be forwarded to appopriate Lottery staff and we appreciate your interest and feedback. ----- This email is in response to the c

Question For Possible Petition- Maybe For Todd or Not?
Well, they also need to upgrade their lottery equipment. The machines are slow and glitchy. You have to fill out each card EVERY time because the cards are so flimsy, they are only good for 1 draw. Seems like to me if they want extra revenue, they should make the upgrades to assist the player. In Ky, if you want to play the same numbers for the next day same draw, ie midday to midday, they just scan your ticket and your ticket comes out with your same plays on it. A 2 sec transaction-in and

Question For Possible Petition- Maybe For Todd or Not?
I saw where there was success for the petition to have a megaplier on the mega ball game. I am wondering if there was a way to have a petition made for a certain state? In Tennessee, we can not play a Pick three number super straight except for a 1.00 play. In other words, if you want to play 123 and cover all of the ways it can come out, the only choice you have is the 1.00 play which costs 6.00. The petition would be to add a .50 cents play where the prize would be 1/2 of the money for

Scary Georgia Lottery Rumor for Players Everywhere
I have been reading this thread with interest. They have got to be kidding!! This will almost surely destroy the lottery games, specially P3 and P4. I don't want someone knowing how much I win or lose..it is none of their business. Now, if they were going to start an online play type thing, I could see that some information is needed to set up the account, but to your average in the street player, it is NOT going to happen.

Just heard Lottery Preys on the Poor
Most of the people I know play P3 and P4. They don't seem to win that often. The P3/P4 can take your money just like any other game. In fact, can take it faster. I used to play about 300 bucks a month but I have cut that amount to about 40 or less per month. Most of the time if I can get by I will play about 4 numbers. I box them so If I don't win..it doesn't bother me. What does bother me is that it seems as if the numbers are being controlled..controlled winning. I have seen many patterns that

are clerks supposed to scan scratch tickets before you pay?
That sounds really crazy to me..scan my ticket before I scratch it? Maybe someone SHOULD check with their state lottery to see what the REAL policy is. Many places just make their own rules. They don't follow what the state law says. After the intial batch ticket is scanned, no more scanning is needed to sell off the roll. There are records of the ticket numbers in the batch number probably located at the lottery headquarters in their terminal. In fact, I am sure there is such a thing because
