Yeah, I agree. This is definitely a trend -- I think caused by the desire to increase the size of the jackpot. When the jackpot increases, so does the number of ticket purchases. New Jersey, as part of their lottery restructure, has also eliminated their bonus drawing. Instead, they are focused on larger jackpots.Many lottery players enjoy a multiple prize structure which includes sizeable bonus prizes. Hopefully the lotteries are listening.
