Every state in New England plus neighboring New York are all 100% ball drawings. If Connecticut switches to RNG's, my prediction is Ct. will see a big drop in lottery revenue and the other states will see an increase as Ct. players go elsewhere to play.

Nope. The payouts when it first started were higher. I know they had $10. Thought they might even have had 20 or 25, but I'm not 100% positive about that. So I don't think they're really going to do anything for us.

If the Maryland Lottery wants to do something good for the lottery players, they should lower the 8.75% they take in state taxes for any win over $600. The only state higher is New York with 8.82%. As far as promotions, all that means is, Hey, we came up some new scratch off games! BFD.
