Do You Play the Multiplier Option?Reply
I only play once in a while because the odds are so bad, but I always get the Mega Plier, or Power Ball option. If I don't hit the jackpot at least I have a chance on a decent second or third prize on the 2 or 3 tickets I do buy.

Rework the Lower Tier Prizes for MM & PB.Reply
I used to play $5 a drawing for the MM. But that was back when it was still the Big Game, and before they had both games in my state, and you still had a better chance of winning before all the matrix changes. Now, I always get the multipliers, but if I play 10 times a year it's a lot. Why so few? Here's some perspective. 302,000,000 to 1 odds. There's 330,000,000 people living in the U.S.

I was exaggerating a bit about the billion, but I think you know what I was getting at. Lets face it, people don't get real interested in playing when the jackpots are less then 100M. That's not enough money, but I doubt anyone would turn it down if it was handed to them. It starts getting around 500M and up everybody buys a ticket. People wanted larger jackpots, now they have them. With the 302 million to one odds of hitting the MM, every legal age person in the US could buy a ticket and
