Mea culpa! My explanation was really wrong, sorry! Anyhow, a $1 boxed bet will never pay the same as a $1 straight bet, and to bet box you really don't need to bet in all six ways, one X 6 is good enough, it will be the same as if you had placed bets on all six ways. Six ways betting is only for straight, to win straight in one of the six bets. I was not thinking straight. Sorry again. As to: The Straight Side. For that to be possible first you would have to know which 3 digits will be drawn. Then find a place where you can place 16.666 Cents bets. The bet six ways boxed on the number like: ABC, ACB, BCA, BAC, CAB and CBA. Simple enough. The problem is finding a site where they take 16 Cents bets. And the bigger problem is knowing which 3 digits will come out next. Good luck.

Stefan, Hi! Yes, Ricky is right, it was a little rude to say that, not that I haven't been rude myself more than just a few times. Here on Texas if you win boxed you get $80 for a $1 ticket. So 80 x 6 = $480 If you win straight yiu get $500. So with 1 straight, you win $20 more than you would with playing 6 boxed combos. Which of them is best for you to play? Whichever you can predict best at a particular time or for a particular draw. The truth is that there is more money

If I was playing straight, then I would track and play only straight pairs, so I would not have to chose which of the 3 ways to play, but so far I have mostly used pairs as a filter, together with other filters. I have used any-order or boxed pairs as filters when playing straight, but of course not in the way as they are in your example playing them, only as reducing filters.
