You make it sound easy being able to do all of that, I knew that it could in some way be done, but you seem to have done all of it in a hurry, I thought that it would take very much longer for some people to start doing some of those things. Yes, many people won't stop and they can't make them, there are always ways, so long as the online gambling places stay open and become flexible enough. For lottery gambling just in case, there should also be other way or ways of placing bets. As to banking, it can't be that hard to open a bank account outside of the USA, Can it? While at this, Is not there one or more underground internets? Why can't there be?

I think that Italy and Germany should do just as England is doing. Other countries need to teach the U.S.A a lesson or two. I have always said that there is something very rotten with the state lotteries and the companies who handle their business. Not just Scientific Games, but all the others also such as Gtech. They have formed what I call an unholy alliance, their lattest agravation is their RNG, they all (RNGs or not) are very likely picking winning numbers that very few people buy, as they know which numbers were bought long before the draws, with their computer lottery terminals and their main computer(s)
