Anybody in contact with Paurths?
Ricky Sick for so long, perhaps you should take a very long break from any kind of work at all, LP is going no-where no time soon. I had no idea, you might need to quit working so hard. What-ever is wrong with you, there might be some good info about it some-where on the Internet that might help at least some. Rest and get better, as all those people are right on about prayer and God, perhaps this is now a good time to take on religion. Very good luck to you and yours and may th

U.S. legislation likely just a speed bump for online gambling
People don't seem to have seen your post, as nobody said anything about it, that is odd. You make it sound easy being able to do all of that, I knew that it could in some way be done, but you seem to have done all of it in a hurry, I thought that it would take very much longer for some people to start doing some of those things. I wonder just how you was able to do them, but mostly wonder at your being able to get an address outside the USA and still being on WA, I don't know much at all a

U.S. legislation likely just a speed bump for online gambling
Yes, many people won't stop and they can't make them, there are always ways, so long as the online gambling places stay open and become flexible enough. For lottery gambling just in case, there should also be other way or ways of placing bets. As to banking, it can't be that hard to open a bank account outside of the USA, Can it? While at this, Is not there one or more underground internets? Why can't there be?

Fernando's Filters' # 1
Hi! About the last post that I made, a clarification: One way to better understand how to use stats such as those, one most see their Real Time Progression , a sort of Slow Motion Sequential Changing Progression , I don't know if that is understood or not, I don't know how to better describe that, to do such a thing perhaps one most needs to make a proper chart that shows the sequential changes of those stats from one draw to the next to the next and so on, so one can see and understand

Georgia Eve. Last 10 draws. Position.1-2-3 10/16/06,0-2-5 10/15/06,6-0-3 10/14/06,1-2-3 10/13/06,9-3-9 10/12/06,5-7-6 10/11/06,6-6-0 10/10/06,1-0-3 10/09/06,5-9-2 10/08/06,4-4-7 10/07/06,2-2-6 -------- This is a filters example, using digits by position on 10 last draws. There are 10 possible digits by position, so therefore their draws' cycle by position is 10 consecutive draws. There are 2 things that might not happen or at least might not happen often:

3 Card Monty....A 300 number filter
WIN D You are right! You know that it also works the other way. When a filters' pattern fails way too much or way too often, then the thing is to play that pattern, unless it is a pattern that holds in it or has (Makes) too many pick 3 numbers, there of course has to be a balance between money spent and money won. Good luck. I will, after all, continue my last filters' thread as I have time and inspiration for it.

It seems to me that perhaps you should check out any predictions for Ga that you can find, either on the prediction's board and or on the pick 3 forum. As to VTRACs, maybe you should do a search for them, either using Google and or the LP's internal search engine. And or you can try asking TNTEA about them. Good luck.

3 Card Monty....A 300 number filter
WIN D I didn't count the repeats myself, but it might be that many of the repeats per each position happened independently of the repeats of other positions. I don't know if I worded that right. What I mean is that filters' failures in one position add up to filters' failures in other positions. So that particular filter could have failed on those 100 draws a total of from 10 to 23 draws, that is from a minimum of 10% to 23%, the correct figure (Actual) or percent has to perhap
